The NGO Governance & Management Program (NGMP) is a 6 months online training program aimed to provide clarity & understanding on the areas of governance & management of Not-for-profit organizations.

	Understand key components of an effective Not-for-Profit Organizations
	Gain an overview of Governance issues of NPOs
	Familiarize with the requirements for effective Human Resource Management in NPOs
	Gain a broad understanding of how development projects operate
	Gain insight into the financial management of NPOs required for strategic decision making

The training will be a completely web-based program which will be taught via the internet.
