The NGO Governance Program aims to provide conceptual knowledge, and tools to manage & effectively lead a not-for-profit organization.

  


  2. LEARNING OUTCOMES

Understand the overall functioning of an NGOØ      Familiarize with the key issues & challenges of NGO’s functioningØ      Understand key components of an effective Not-for-Profit OrganizationsØ       Gain an overview of Governance issues of NPOsØ      Familiarize with the requirements for effective Human Resource Management in NPOsØ      Gain a broad understanding of how development projects operateØ      Gain insight into the financial management of NPOs required for strategic decision making 


3. SCOPE OF THE PROGRAM

The program will be open for people across the globe 


4. DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

Along with the filled in registration form, the candidate is required to submit the following:

  • Curriculum Vitae
  • One letter of recommendation
  • Covering letter stating why you would like to participate in this course
  • Experience Certificate
  • Identity Proof 

5. COURSE DESIGN

The course will be completely web-based. The whole course will be divided into 7 modules.

6.1. Course material – Course Material will be parked online for the access of the studentsCoaching: Lectures of Faculty can be recorded & uploaded on the website

6.2. Online Examination: There will be online examination after each module

6.3. Certification: On successful completion of the program, a certificate of     completion will be provided
